The banners are FREE to anybody who is fighting an illness or serious injury of any kind and also to siblings if you feel they would benefit from one.

Please be aware, there have been massive problems recently with people requesting banners for fake sites. We are sure you can imagine how sickening and hurtful it is to other families to become attached to a sick child via the internet, only to find out that the child's story was fake. As a result, we have introduced a rule that your site MUST SHOW REGULAR ACTIVITY FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS BEFORE WE WILL CONSIDER MAKING A BANNER FOR YOU. We are hoping that genuine families will be happy to wait six months to protect others from the threat of fake sites.

Madison,

If you think your banner should be on this list and it isn't, please

E-mail Helen at geordielass999@hotmail.com

We like to make the banners as personal as possible so we would ask that you could kindly give us an idea of what phrase you would like on the banner. If you are stuck for ideas, feel free to browse the other banners on this site.

Also, if you can provide the website address of where you will be displaying the banner, we can drop by and get to know a little bit about you or your child before we make it.

If you would like pictures of your child on the banner you will either need to send me them via E-mail, or have them on a website that I can access.

PLEASE NOTE: The "new" caringbridge sites (created after 1st June 2005) only let you post the banners in your photos section as far as I know - you will not be able to display them on your homepage.

Once you have this information to hand, you can request your banner easily by E-mailing me at

geordielass999@hotmail.com

or you can pop a note in my guestbook at

my caringbridge site

We are happy to make banners for our angel heroes too (children with a star after their names are our angel heroes).
